"Vanquished" and "SB827" are two words I love to see together. While the threat of this blunt instrument has been removed for now, it will certainly be back next year, which is why we need to seize local control (emphasis on "control") NOW. Let your elected officials know that any subsequent attempts at steamrolling our local rights will be met with fierce opposition and we will vote representatives backing such measure out of office!
